Lure Gears Return Policy

At Lure Gears, customer satisfaction is our top priority! If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at hello@lure-gears.com within the return period to request a return.
  2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for the return.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to our provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability and are processed like a return followed by a new order. Delivery charges will be managed by customer himself incase of exchange/ return.
